Dutch law firm Loyens & Loeff has hired international tax specialist Barbara Voskamp as a partner in its Singapore office from Ernst & Young.

Voskamp assists ASEAN-based clients on tax matters related to their European operations. She has experience with international tax issues such as finance and acquisition structuring, cash repatriation, tax rulings, private placements and ongoing tax compliance.

This is Voskamp’s second stint with Loyens & Loeff. Between 2004 and 2009, she worked for the firm in Amsterdam and Singapore as an attorney. Following that, she opened her own boutique law firm, VoskampLawyers, in Singapore, which advised clients as far afield as Malaysia and Australia, Voskamp joined EY in 2015.
