Dispute Resolution Associate/Managing Associate 2-6 PQE

Responsibilities:
- Advise well known financial institutions, funds and corporates in connection with investigations and proceedings by agencies in Hong Kong, including the SFC, the HK Monetary Authority, CCB and the ICAC, as well as the wider Asia region (including in Australia, India, Japan, Korea, the PRC, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand).
- Advise clients on complex commercial disputes, including asset recovery, contractual duties, miss-selling, enforcement of security, joint ventures, creditor and shareholder disputes and disciplinary matters.
- Work in close collaboration with lawyers from the firm’s other market-leading practice areas, including Corporate, Capital Markets, Banking, and Financial Regulation, in cross-office, multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements:
- Hong Kong or Singaporean Qualified with 2-6 PQE;
- Strong academics from a leading law school with at least a 2:1 grade point average;
- Relevant Corporate / Commercial Litigation experience at a top tier international, UK, US law firm;
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to perform under pressure;
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken, written, drafting).
