Construction disputes lawyer Danna Er has rejoined Singapore firm Eldan Law, the place she started her legal career, as a partner from Clyde & Co. 

Er, who was a commercial and construction arbitration associate in Clyde’s New York and Singapore offices, worked at Pinsent Masons MPillay prior to that. 

Specialising in disputes prevention and dispute resolution, with a particular emphasis on international and domestic commercial and construction disputes, Er has appeared on international arbitrations under institutional rules such as SIAC, ICC and LCIA, as well as ad hoc proceedings, court proceedings and mediations.

Er’s non-contentious work experience includes drafting, reviewing and advising on contract documentation for infrastructure projects and arbitration agreements for international transactions.
