Singapore law firm RHTLaw Taylor Wessing has added dispute resolution specialist Luo Ling Ling as a partner from local boutique Aequitas Law.

Luo has experience representing clients in criminal, commercial and civil cases including high-value litigation, white collar crimes and capital offences. She focuses on construction claims under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payments Act (SOPA), acting for developers, employers, main contractors and subcontractors in both SOPA claims and defence against wrongful SOPA claims.

Prior to joining Aequitas, Luo worked as a civil servant in the Office of the Public Guardian, Ministry of Social and Family Development. She began her career at Colin Ng & Partners, leaving as a senior associate in 2013.
