Our client's market-leading capital markets practice advises on the full range of UK, U.S. and domestic laws through their global network of offices.

• Fluent in both English and Korean.
• Debt and / or equity expertise
• If 1 PQE, no cap mkts background is ideal but not a must.
• If 2-3 PQE, cap mkts background necessary.
• 5+ PQE candidates will also be considered.
• primary focus is UK/common law qualified, but US lawyers will also be considered.
• International candidates are welcomed to apply
• Firm will relocate
