Our client provides advice to the world's leading companies in their Asian as well as global operations.

Candidates should have:

• Candidates must be able to speak and understand Mandarin (does not need to be a native mandarin speaker)
• English language skills are essential
• Candidates should have an excellent academic background and be a US (ideally NY) qualified lawyer with at least 5 years fund formation experience from a top firm.
• Overseas candidates welcomed and encouraged to apply
