Trilegal has appointed Ganesh Rao and Aditya Jha as partners in its asset management and funds practice in Mumbai from AZB & Partners.

Both Rao and Jha focus on advising fund sponsors and investors on fund formations and investment platforms across sectors and market stages.

Prior to working at AZBs, Rao and Jha were with Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, where the former was a partner, and the latter a principal associate.

With the appointments of Rao and Jha, Trilegal now has 44 partners.
