This is a role that involves IPO work coupled with M&A transactional work which will appeal to junior to mid level lawyers that do not want to specialize too early in their career.

Elite law firm would like to hire two associates to join their Hong Kong office for Q3/4 start and interviewing now for the position.  

Broad practice range in ECM and not only PRC IPOs - you will get exposure to working on mainstream M&A and private equity deals.

• Candidates should have top tier firm experience
• Corporate IPO/M&A: 2-5 PQE
• Excellent academics
• International candidates are welcomed to apply

• Experience in M&A or ECM or a mixture is required
• Mandarin language skills required
• Peer firm training and experience generally preferred
• PQE 2-5 which is indicative only and star candidates welcomed to apply
