Magic Circle firm would like to hire a US associate to join their Hong Kong office for Q3 2018. 

The firm will look at associates currently working in the US looking for opportunities in Asia.

Whilst this opening is to be based in HK there is scope to move within this firms network of APAC offices at a later stage and you will work with the global network of cap mkts expertise at the firm.

The Role

You will work with issuers and major investment banks in many securities transactions, including initial public offerings, debt offerings, tender offers, private placements and other corporate finance transactions. 

The role also gives the opportunity to work on private equity investments, pre-IPO investment restructuring, corporate governance and general securities compliance matters.

Candidate parameters

• Corporate US Capital Markets: 3-6 PQE
• Candidates should have top tier firm experience
• US salary range for US associates
• International candidates are encouraged to apply

International candidates will be relocated.
