Florida-headquartered LatourLaw, which specialises in investment-based immigration, has set foot in Vietnam with the opening of an office in Ho Chi Minh City.

The HCMC office will aim to provide counsel on investment-based immigration, bilateral investment, general representation of U.S. enterprise in Vietnam and Southeast Asia, global mergers, acquisitions and strategic alliances and U.S./Vietnam joint ventures like import and export negotiations and licensing agreements. It will be headed by Monica Pham.

LatourLaw was founded in Miami in 1991 by Jose Latour, and focuses on East Asia and Latin America. It earlier had offices in Hong Kong and Manila.
