Malaysian law firm Adnan Sundra & Low (ASL) is set to merge with projects and infrastructure boutique Khem Thadani (KT). The news comes barely weeks after ASL announced it was combining with another boutique, Putri Norlisa Chair.

The merger, which will take effect Oct. 1, will see ASL incorporate KT’s five-lawyer specialist projects team, which includes that firm’s founding partner. The combined team will have more than 100 lawyers, including 26 partners.  

KT, which was founded in 1996, advises on projects and concessions in areas like power, oil and gas, light rail systems, cement plants, mining, dredging, water, highways, airports, telecommunications, information technology, integrated commercial development and manufacturing.
