Indian law firm Link Legal has hired Anuj Trivedi as a partner in its corporate practice from Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, where he was a principal associate.

Trivedi specialises in corporate commercial law advisory, particularly on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity transactions, foreign investments and corporate restructuring.

Prior to working with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, Trivedi had two stints with Dua Associates and one with Tatva Legal.
