This wall street firm's US Corporate group in Hong Kong is seeking Corporate associates with dual qualification (HK admitted & US Admitted) with experience in Corporate work.

This role is a great opportunity for candidates who have experience in Hong Kong Corporate work and would like to get involved with US corporate deals. The hiring partner represents bidders, sellers and target companies in cross-border mergers and acquisitions transactions, financial investors in private equity transactions and issuers and underwriters in corporate finance transactions (including equity and high-yield debt). 

• Candidates should be Trilingual (English, Mandarin and Cantonese language abilities).  
• Ideally this candidate would come from a top tier US peer firm or a Magic Circle UK Firm.
