Ideally you will be working at a peer firm in London and looking to explore the Asian market for the first time or looking to move back to Asian after time spent in London. EW, US or ANZ qualified preferably with a real interest in the acquisition finance market.

You will work with the key players in the market either sponsor side, IBs or PE houses on marquee deals. 

This firm would like to hire a junior / mid (gen banking background) and senior associate (with leveraged acquisitions experience) for their Hong Kong office.

Great opportunity to work with young partners with extensive experience in a range of cross-border financings on marquee deals in Asia.
