UK law firm would like to hire an associate to join their Singapore office. This is a firm with a real commitment to the APAC region with year on year growth in the last decade.
Excellent work life balance in a close knit team with excellent mentoring and training from the partners and associates.
- Experienced in a wide range of Corporate matters
- Qualified in Singapore or other common law jurisdiction
- Trained or worked at top-ranked law firm in Singapore or international firm in Southeast Asia
- Experience in transactional work would be an advantage although not a necessity
- Excellent knowledge of transactional processes is required
- Good understanding of corporate and commercial transactions and structures
- Exposure and experience dealing with an SE Asian (including Indonesia) client base is an advantage but not essential
- Additional language capabilities an advantage although not a necessity
