You will work on outtbound and inbound PRC M&A and private equity deals with tier 1 listed partnership for PRC and US work.
- Candidates should have deisre to work on PRC / US transactional work
- Substantial US M&A experience to work on outbound direct investment matters
- Experience to handle US law aspects of an M&A transaction with a US target
- Candidates currenty based in China or with experience working in China preferred
- Business level Mandarin required and only candidates with this level should apply
- US bar and JD essential
- International candidates are welcomed to apply with leading international firm experience and training.
