Elite law firm would like to hire a junior/middle level associate to join the corporate team in Beijing office to support the HK IPO business.
Our client covers the whole spectrum of capital markets work including debt and equity transactions, structured debt, high yield and trusts. Alongside mainstream capital markets issuances in the major economies they work on benchmark and other innovative transactions including in new frontier markets.
- Experience from leading international or PRC firms
- Experience focus on listing of PRC companies on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange
- Good understanding of the HK listing rules, excellent drafting and transaction management skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- For PRC qualified lawyers, overseas education or working experience a valuable addition but not a must
- International candidates are welcomed to apply
