Our Magic Circle client is looking for one junior/middle level associate for the capital markets to be located in Beijing or Shanghai.
Our client specialises in capital markets with extensive experience in advising Asian and international issuers on a wide range of securities offerings, including listings, investment-grade and high yield debt offerings.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience from leading internal law firms
- US bar preferred
- Experience in Capital Markets, in particular HK listing work in the US law aspect and debts issuance
- Excellent English drafting skills
- Native level Mandarin skills
