Magic circle firm looking for US Associate EDM to be a part of their Capital Markets practice in their Singapore office.
Reporting to the Partners, in this Associate role, you will gain unparalleled international experience in structuring and executing the largest, most innovative and complex transactions.
- Juris Doctor and US qualified with a good mix of capital markets work
- Familiarity with debt and high-yield covenants a plus
- Experience within a top tier firm would have an added advantage
- Strong networking and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Candidates should be in the class of 2012 - 2015
- Candidates should have a solid background in U.S. federal securities laws and solid transactional experience executing capital markets transactions, including both equity and debt.
