Hogan Lovells has appointed dispute resolution expert Antonia Croke as a partner in its global litigation practice in London from Ashurst, where she was a senior associate. Croke will move to Hong Kong next year.

Croke has advised clients on disputes such as breach of contract, restraint of trade and breach of confidence, M&A, shareholder, corporate, employment, insolvency, fraud related disputes and insolvency issues. She is also experienced in mediation, expert determination and ICC international arbitration. 

Having worked at Australian firms Gilbert + Tobin and Clayton Utz in Sydney at the start of her career, Croke moved to Ashurst’s London office in 2010.
