This Magic circle is looking for a senior associate in the transactional IP/IT space for their Singapore office to join a young pan Asia team, with a view to growing the practice in SG.
The hiring partner advises clients in standalone commercial and transactional projects, and contentious intellectual property matters, with a particular focus on China, but works regionally in Asia.
The candidate will be expected to plan and execute initiatives that will help generate work, and to carry those matters forward, working closely with the hiring partner and the wider Asia team.
Key requirements
- Ability to play a full part on a wide range of technology and IP matters
- Ability to mentor and develop junior associates
- Ideally 5+ PQE UK scale and above
- Ability to actively develop client relationships
- Candidates should have top tier firm experience
- International candidates are welcomed to apply
