You will become a key member of the market leading SFD team in Asia, participating in award winning structured credit deals and ground breaking work for ISDA in the region. You will specially advise the trustee on a range of derivatives transactions on an Asia-wide basis, including bonds, structured finance, securitisations, restructuring and loan agency agreements. The team have advised on a number of “firsts” in the region, and are particularly well known for their pioneering achievements in Hong Kong and China.

Candidate Requirements
- Exceptional legal and technical skills, currently specialising in Equity/Debt Capital Markets, Banking or other Finance experience, with a focus on trustee/agency advisory experience preferable
- Ideal candidate will need to be dedicated to trustee advisory work, be robust in dealing with clients and possess the ability to argue points effectively
- Mandarin language skills are preferable but most of the work conducted in English
- International candidates are welcomed to apply and will be relocated
- NQ-2 PQE
