A team of three lawyers from India’s HSA Advocates, led by former regulatory and projects partner Aniket Prasoon, has left to set up a boutique firm in Delhi called PLA Advocates.

PLA will focus mainly on regulatory matters, as well as disputes and arbitration work relating to the energy and infrastructure sectors, project development contracts and PPP-related advisory.

Joining Prasoon are associates Abhishek Kumar and Srishti Rai.

An infrastructure disputes lawyer, Prasoon appears regularly before the APTEL, CERC, State Regulatory Commissions, High Courts and the Supreme Court. He began his career at Trilegal.
