Thai law firm Chandler MHM has hired veteran lawyer Chatchai Inthasuwan in Bangkok as a senior partner and head of its dispute resolution practice from DLA Piper, where he held a similar role.
Chandler has also welcomed back energy and M&A expert Nuanporn Wechsuwanarux as counsel from Baker McKenzie, where she was a senior associate.
Chatchai has nearly 30 years of experience in cross-border litigation and regulatory matters across sectors such as banking and finance, insurance, telecommunications and construction. His clients have included both Thai and international companies, including Thai state-owned enterprises.
Nuanporn began her career at the legacy Chandler & Thong-ek. After leaving the firm, she served as corporate secretary and senior Manager at Boutique Corporation Plc., a Thai real estate development and hospitality company. Nuanporn represents investors on energy projects in Thailand and Laos PDR.
