Our Wall Street client is looking to hire a number of associates to join their leveraged finance group in Hong Kong.
The hiring partner acts for leading, international commercial and investment banks and hedge funds on some of the most complex and high-profile transactions in the region with a focus on mezzanine and special situation financings, direct lending by funds, leveraged and acquisition finance, property financings and debt restructurings.
- UK, ANZ or other common law qualification
- Firm will relocate globally
- No mandarin required
- Partner will consider at the 2/3 PQE level for a band 1 banking practice.
- Candidates at the 4+ level should have solid experience in leveraged deals.
- International candidates are welcomed and encouraged to apply
