Thailand-based boutique law firm has added two new partners: David W. Lawrence, who joins from an in-house role at Sri Trang Agro-Industry Public Company, and Wayu Suthisarnsuntorn, who was earlier a partner at Price Sanond.

Prior to joining Sri Trang, Lawrence worked as a senior consultant at Tilleke & Gibbins, where he focused on disputes and led the firm’s regional hotels and hospitality practice group.

Wayu conducts M&A due diligence and handles other actions required for M&A transactions. He also conducts internal compliance investigations.
