Indian law firm IndusLaw has hired corporate law specialist Manishii Pathak as a partner in its Delhi office from Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. 

Pathak, who joined CAM from Kochhar & Co in 2015, has over two decades of experience. His practice focuses on corporate law advisory, labour and employment laws, M&A and regulatory advisory. 

Pathak advises foreign companies, Indian subsidiaries of foreign companies as well as Indian companies on labour and employment matters.

With the arrival of Pathak, IndusLaw now has 27 partners and over 120 associates across its four offices. Prior to this hire, IndusLaw lost dispute resolution specialist M. Nikhilesh Rao to Khaitan & Co.
