ADTLaw, Ashurst’s formal law alliance in Singapore has appointed Michelle Phang as co-lead of its corporate practice from Shook Lin & Bok.

Phang’s focus is mainly on public takeovers, regulatory compliance, cross-border acquisitions and joint ventures. She also has expertise in the digital economy sector.

Phang was a partner at Shook Lin & Bok for a decade. She started her career at the same firm, before doing a spell with Taylor Wessing.
