Dentons has continued to expand its disputes team in Hong Kong after hiring litigator Allan Leung as a partner from Hogan Lovells, where he spent more than 25 years.
Leung’s arrival comes a few months after Dentons nabbed a four-lawyer Hong Kong disputes team from Bird & Bird, including partners Richard Keady and Robert Rhoda.
Leung has over 30 years of experience in different dispute-related issues. These include corporate commercial, fraud and asset recovery, financial services and regulatory, judicial review, environmental, product liability, cross-border contentious insolvency, and employment.
Keith Brandt, Dentons’ Hong Kong managing partner, said: “Allan’s formidable reputation and track record in high value, complex international and cross-border disputes, coupled with his Chinese language capability will yet further enhance our offering to Chinese clients, along with our continuous investments and efforts in the firm’s strategic development in Greater China.”
