Indian boutique firm Nitya Tax Associates has hired litigator Dharnendra Kumar Rana as a partner in its Delhi office from Advaita Legal, where he held the role of a senior principal.

With over 25 years of experience in the legal sector, Rana has advised clients on litigation matters in the fields of aviation, defence, oil and gas, infrastructure and energy, information technology, telecom and allied sectors, manufacturing, travel, transport and logistics, real estate and construction.

Rana’s prior experience included being the India country head of Mazars, as well as a consultant at BMR Legal.

Last month, Nitya opened an office in Bengaluru after hiring Sreekumar Nair, a former associate director of Deloitte.
