We are looking for an Associate/ Managing Associate to join this market leading Asia TMT team. 

Based in Hong Kong you will work with this young team on cutting edge transaction across Asian and the global network of this firm.The practice provides a range of products, primarily: (i) technology transactions (e.g., data sharing and analytics, technology procurement and build, outsourcing, service arrangements); (ii) advisory (e.g., data privacy, cybersecurity); and (iii) transaction support (e.g., technology or IP due diligence, TSAs and licences as part of M&A deals).

• Excellent academic credentials
• Sufficient seniority of 4 to 5 years PQE
• Strong TMT foundation and be a self-starter with a creative and entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to build a team around him or her
• Strong networking and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Chinese language skills would be strongly preferred
