Anand and Anand, one of India’s most-well-known law firms specialising in intellectual property,  has expanded its corporate practice after hiring Tanya Wadhawan as practice co-head. 

The Delhi-based Wadhawan joins from Athena Legal, where she headed the corporate practice. Her practice areas include commercial contracts, compliance management, labour and employment laws, private equity and M&A, international IP registrations, litigation management and commercial litigation. 

During her 17-year legal career, Wadhawan also had stints at Tatva Legal and Dua Associates.
