Allen & Overy has hired a second capital markets partner in Singapore in the space of three months, after Pallavi Gopinath Aney joined from Baker McKenzie Wong & Leow.

In March, the firm welcomed back capital markets specialist Felipe Duque as a partner from Shearman & Sterling.

Prior to her stint with Baker McKenzie, Aney was a managing associate at Linklaters. She spent the early part of her career at Indian law firms Pathak and Associates and S&R Associates.

Aney, who has over 15 years of experience, advises issuers, underwriters and investors in debt and equity capital markets transactions in India and Southeast Asia.  She advises on international debt offerings, equity linked offerings of exchangeable and convertible bonds, and equity offerings.
