Job Description
Band 1 US firm would like to hire one senior associate (ideally 5th or 6th year) and one mid-level associate (ideally 4th year) to join its Life Sciences transactional practice in Shanghai.
- The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of corporate transactional experience in the life sciences industry, including M&A and capital markets experience.
- Candidates must be admitted to a U.S. bar
- Candidates should be bilingual and able to conduct business in both Mandarin and English
- International candidates are welcomed to apply and firm will relocate internationally
Full US rate salary + COLA + low taxation.
