Excellent opportunity to join an elite law firm for a mid level associate in their Beijing office. 

One of the most established and elite US firms with a strong footprint in PRC and HK for PRC and US client base. 

You will work on outbound and inbound PRC M&A and private equity deals with tier 1 listed partnership for PRC and US work. 

• Candidates should have desire to work on PRC / US transactional work.
• Substantial US M&A experience to work on outbound direct investment matters.
• Experience to handle US law aspects of an M&A transaction with a US target.
• Candidates currenty based in China or with experience working in China preferred.
• Business level Mandarin required and only candidates with this level should apply.
• US bar and JD essential.
• International candidates are welcome to apply with leading international firm experience and training.
