Magic circle firm looking for am experienced Private M&A associate to join their Singapore office.  You will work on cutting edge Asian transactions and with London-based P.E. clients.  

• E&W and/ or ANZ bar preferred

You will also be expected to delegate to and mentor junior to mid level lawyers. 

This role will involve SE Asian regional travel.

• 6+ PQE (UK)
• Private Equity experience is a bonus
• Top academics and peer firm experience in London preferred
• International candidates are welcome to apply

 The firm will relocate candidates internationally.
