This client would like to hire a junior to mid level associate to join their HK Corporate MA team to work on high profile, cross border transactions.
- Candidates should have top tier firm experience, academics and training
- Qualified in EW, ANZ, US, HK or other common law jurisdictions.
- Written and spoken Mandarin required
- Willingness to travel regionally and be involved with BD activities
