This international law firm would like to hire an associate to join their Singapore office which is a great opportunity to manage smaller deals with excellent training and mentorship together with big ticket transatiosn the firm works on globally.  

• Senior Associate position available at this established M&A practice with a real track to partnership given work flow of practice.
• The firm requires a lawyer with solid corporate experience to work on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, insurance licensing and regulatory matters together with commercial transactions
• You will work with multidisciplinary teams on complex cross-border joint ventures, acquisitions and disposals, business reorganisations, business establishment activities, licensing and regulatory matters and commercial deals.
• Established team of international lawyers with excellent training and mentorship.
• Low attrition rates and opportunity to work alongside this truly global network of offices
• Realistic opportunity for track to partnership for the right candidate
• SG, ANZ, EW or equivalent common law qualifications.
