We are working on an exclusive search for a candidate to join this well-established finance practice as a partner in their International Debt Capital Markets (IDCM) team out of HK. 

This partner role (non-equity or equity) offers an opportunity to develop the IDCM team in Hong Kong, with a particular focus on exploiting opportunities emanating from the Greater China market.

The role will involve collaborating with partners and fee earners within the global IDCM team, with the global network of  partners with corporate, finance, IPMT, litigation, arbitration, and regulatory expertise across a worldwide office network. 

Ideal Candidate

• a lawyer that likes working in a collaborative environment that wants to leverage and build on the existing CM platform of the firm in Asia;
• Counsel level or tier 1 senior associates are welcomed to apply that are looking to step up directly to partnership; and
• preference is for a US bar qualified lawyer with expertise in the DCM market in north Asia.
