Bonnie Chan, a capital markets partner at Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Hong Kong office for more than nine years, is returning to the city’s stock exchange as the head of its listing department. Chan will be succeeding David Graham, who is set to retire this year.

Chan joined Davis Polk from the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) in 2010. Her practice includes advising issuers and underwriters on capital markets transactions and advising on securities, corporate and governance matters, generally. Notable IPOs she has acted on include those of Ping An Good Doctor, Tencent subsidiary China Literature, and Legend Holdings.

Davis Polk recently appointed Martin Rogers as its Asia chair, and Li He and Miranda So as its Hong Kong office co-heads.
