Our Magic Circle client is looking for an Associate to join their highly successful M&A/private equity (PE) team in Hong Kong. This is an excellent team to work in with low attrition rates and excellent training with the opportunity to work with colleagues across a global network of offices.
The role will involve working on public and private M&A transactions in Asia Pacific, including takeovers/PIPEs involving Hong Kong listed companies, growth/pre-IPO investments, joint ventures, leveraged buyouts and auction sales, for leading PE funds and corporates.
Candidate Requirements
- Candidates should be ideally 2 - 4 PQE
- Prior PE/M&A experience in private practice is mandatory – preferably in Hong Kong
- Quality candidates with experience in other common law jurisdictions will also be considered.
