Hogan Lovells is set to welcome Jonathan Leitch as a partner in its restructuring practice in Hong Kong from DLA Piper.

Leitch will join shortly after Hogan Lovells welcomed back Laurence Davidson as a partner in the firm’s corporate practice in Hong Kong from Chinese investment conglomerate HNA Group. This year, the Hong Kong office has also hired corporate partner Stephanie Tang from Shearman & Sterling.

Leitch specialises in debt restructuring and refinancing, distressed M&A and contingency planning, insolvency and workout strategies and cross-border restructuring. He has experience in bond defaults and corporate restructuring involving schemes of arrangement.
