Anglo-American firm DLA Piper has added David Kuo as a partner in its Singapore office from Milbank.

This is DLA’s third partner hire in Singapore in the past 12 months. The other two are finance specialists Philip Lee and Vincent Seah.

Kuo, who was previously a partner at Magic Circle law firm Allen & Overy for close to four years, advises clients on cross-border M&A, business combinations and private equity transactions.

His arrival takes the number of partners permanently located in DLA’s Singapore office to seven.
