This international team of lawyers is looking for an associate to join their highly successful M&A team in Singapore.

Candidate Requirements 

• The candidate will ideally be a mid-level Associate (3/4 years' experience) with M&A experience
• Commercial operator who has a strong academic background
• PE/M&A experience in top tier private practice
• The ideal candidate must have strong drafting skills
• Chinese/Mandarin would be helpful but not a pre-requisite for the role.
