Job Description
Band 1 US firm would like to hire an associate to join their Private Equity Transactions Group in Hong Kong office.
Our client's private equity practice is recognized as one of the leading practices internationally.
- Candidates should have experience with private equity transactions, preferably gained at a major US or UK law firm
- US JD is strongly preferred
- Candidates should be bilingual and able to conduct business in both Mandarin and English
- International candidates are welcomed to apply and firm will relocate internationally
- The ideal mid-level candidate will have 3-6 years’ experience in cross-border corporate transactions, M&A and advising private equity funds.
Full US rate salary + COLA + low taxation.
