Chambers Band 1 US firm's Private Equity Transactions Group of the Corporate Department is seeking Junior to Mid-level Associates to join its growing and vibrant practice in Tokyo.
Our client's private equity practice is recognized as one of the leading practices in the region working on marquee deals.
This firm has one of the largest and most sophisticated private equity practices in the world.
- Candidates should have experience with private equity transactions, preferably gained at a major US or UK law firm
- US JD is strongly preferred
- Candidates should be bilingual and able to conduct business in both Japanese and English
- International candidates are welcomed to apply and firm will relocate internationally
- Ideal candidates will have 1-5 years of experience in cross-border corporate transactions, M&A, advising private equity funds as well as general corporate matters.
Full US rate salary + COLA + low taxation.
