India’s IndusLaw has welcomed back Rashi Saraf as partner in Bengaluru from Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas where she was a senior associate.

Saraf’s hire is the second partner-level lateral this month for IndusLaw after the firm added former Link Legal partner Manish Gupta to the Delhi office.

Saraf, who has over 10 years of experience in investment transactions, has advised on cross-border and domestic deals in sectors including healthcare and education.

This is her second stint with the firm, the first being when she was an associate with IndusLaw from 2012 to 2014.

With Saraf’s hire, IndusLaw now has 15 partners in Bengaluru and 44 nationwide.
