Elite US law firm is looking for smart, ambitiuous and high performing associates that has what it takes to work in a leading wall street firm.

They firm would like to hire a number of finance associates that want to get more exposure to the leveraged finance space working with private equity clients for this market leading finance practice in NY.

Candidate Requirements 

1. 2 to 7 years of related experience associate with sophisticated experience in leveraged financing transactions
2. Candidates must have solid experience representing private equity firms or banks providing financing to private equity firms in debt financing transactions
3. Candidates should demonstrate knowledge of credit agreements, high yield bond indentures, bridge facilities, commitment letters and term sheets, security and guarantee agreements and intercreditor and subordination agreements
4. Excellent academics preferred and peer Wall St or MC firms only
