Job Description
An exciting in-house opportunity with a global MNC for a senior lawyer to join the regional legal team based in Singapore. You will support business units in Singapore and other countries in APAC covering areas including
- Lease and property matters
- General commercial transactions
- Manage claims, litigation and other legal and compliance matters that arise from time to time.
- Project and constructions contracts
- M&A
- Employment and safety
- Product Quality issues
Core requirements:
- Law Degree and admitted to practice in Singapore
- 6 - 10 years experience of legal work (in-house or law firm)
- Legally astute with experience in projects and construction
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Commercially aware
