Duane Morris & Selvam, the Singapore joint law venture of Duane Morris, has boosted its capital markets practice with the hire of Jonathan Crandall as a director from Clifford Chance, where he was a senior associate. 

Besides being a director in the Singapore firm, Crandall has also been appointed as a partner at Duane Morris in New York.

Crandall’s practice focuses on equity capital markets transactions as well as cross-border M&A, finance, and general corporate matters.

Global law firm Morrison Foerster has announced that private equity veteran Scott Jalowayski will rejoin the firm as a partner in Singapore. Jalowayski most recently co-chaired the global private equity group at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.
